CARBUL is Mesophase Carbon composite material manufactured using advanced technology that in most cases does not require machining of the product with complex geometry, high tolerances and smooth surface finish. Specific properties of CARBUL family can be adjusted and products are successfully integrated in multiple industries. Composition of the material is adjusted to meet specific design requirements and properties. Products for downhole pumps utilize materials developed to provide continuous operation under the load at temperature above 400 F. Developed Polymer coating has operating temperature above 570 F and ant Antiadhesive, not prone to scaling surface properties.

 

 

 

Wire mesh materials

Wire mesh materialsWire mesh parts are mainly utilized in liquid/gas filters with up to 5 microns filtration.

Filtering element can be manufactured in variety of sizes and shapes.

The structure of this Material comprise of arranged and oriented wire helix, which forms open porous system permeable in all directions. That provides required mechanical, physical, hydrodynamic, and other parameters.

The most important properties of this material are: erosion resistance, strength and elasticity, damping capacity and regenerability.

High erosion resistance of the filter is superior to powder metallurgy filters. Wire mesh filter can be fabricated for direct replacement of powder metallurgy filter

This type of filters provides increased efficiency and reliability in harsh environments at high/low temperature extremes and continuous thermal and pressure cycles. Long service life, resistance to thermal and mechanical shock loads, reduced vibration and noise of wire mesh filters makes them products of choice.
